What we offer - Train Gym

Welcome to Train

We now based in Durban North at Crusaders Sports Club – the perfect place to do our Bootcamp classes!

We incorporate body weight exercises/cardio/functional training, boxing and Kettlebells in our classes, so you defiantly wont get bored.

We think out the box and do things differently to give our members more variety and different exercises to help keep them motivated.
The one thing that makes people stop training or going to the gym is because they get bored and get tired of doing the same thing, so we make sure to mix things up and always think of new ways to keep our members happy and coming back for more.

All our trainers offer affordable personal training sessions for those that want smaller groups or one on one training or you can sign up for a class with Big T Boxing if you feel like trying out some Boxing lessons.

Bootcamp

Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 6am,

Monday, Wednesday and Friday at 8am,

Monday, Wednesday and Thursday at 5:30pm.
