We think out the box and do things differently to give our members more variety and different exercises to help keep them motivated.

The one thing that makes people stop training or going to the gym is because they get bored and get tired of doing the same thing, so we make sure to mix things up and always think of new ways to keep our members happy and coming back for more.

We have been in New Point Waterfront development for just over 5 years.

We offer boot camp and Boxing style classes and our very own Train 4 Week Challenge. All our trainers offer affordable personal training sessions for those that want smaller groups or one on one training.

We also offer most fighting forms such as Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Muay Thai Kickboxing.

YogaBox – Classes starting in February – Monday, Wednesday and Fridays at 6:30am.

Join us for the launch of a new fitness class: YogaBox! It combines strengthening, conditioning, stretching, core work and cardio for a fun and time efficient workout.

We will be using the heavy bag, boxing gloves and a yoga mat.

You start with a half hour of heavy bag work in which you learn to punch the heavy bag and the punches of boxing (jab, cross, hook). You’ll alternate with cardio exercises off the bag like burpees, jumping jacks and pushups. (You can go at your own pace and rest when you need to.)

Next comes 30 minutes of yoga working the core and stretching the muscles in an invigorating and dynamic flow. You do NOT need to know how to box OR do yoga.

4 Weeks of Training!!

5 Days per week – Monday – Friday – 5:30 pm

We mix things up, and include Boxing Fitness / MMA Fitness / Functional Fitness / High Cardio & Bootcamp.

Training that makes you use repetition, resistance and pushing your bodies limits.

MMA

Train MMA Class

Our MMA classes is a great way to get into shape. Our classes are based around fitness and endurance and will get you in top shape.

Both Men / Women welcome in this class.

Only the professional guys actually get into the cage, so don’t be scared to come try out this great sport!

R500.00 per month (includes membership, and full use of all facilities in gym)

Boxing

Train Boxing Class

Our Boxing classes are aimed at people who want to “train like a boxer” and be pushed by our trainer to improve your fitness levels like never before!!!

Fun way to keep fit!

Aimed at men and women.

OR

For those that want to actually do Boxing against another opponent in our ring, our Trainer Irvin will take you through your paces and make sure you ready to get into the ring and fight and get your Adrenaline going!

R350.00 per month (includes Membership, and full use of all facilities in the gym)

Warrior Class

Train like a Warrior
If you like to Train like a Warrior, Brandon is the guy for you!
Classes consist of a mix of bootcamp, bodyweight exercises, strength training, high cardio and boxing.
Just like a Warrior trains…
Definitely the class for you if you want to get fit and into shape!
Classes at 8:30 am or 4:30pm You can choose which time suits you!

Muay Thai
