Fats has experience working with a wide variety of populations through many different fitness domains including weight loss, strength and conditioning, injury prevention, wellness coaching and endurance training. She currently enjoys high intensity workouts including running, Crossfit style workouts and circuit training. She conducts the Train Challenge class 5 days a week 5:30 am/pm Monday to Friday. Fatima is also available for personal training on request. After a workout, she likes to refuel with….another workout, of course!
