We think out the box and do things differently to give our members more variety and different exercises to help keep them motivated.

The one thing that makes people stop training or going to the gym is because they get bored and get tired of doing the same thing, so we make sure to mix things up and always think of new ways to keep our members happy and coming back for more.

We have been in New Point Waterfront development for just over 5 years.

We offer boot camp and Boxing style classes and our very own Train 4 Week Challenge. All our trainers offer affordable personal training sessions for those that want smaller groups or one on one training.

We also offer most fighting forms such as Boxing, Mixed Martial Arts, Muay Thai Kickboxing.
